Talon&#8217;s therapeutic approach combines multiple relevant mechanisms that minimally targets two disease pathways (Multi-Target drug approach)<sup>2<\/sup> either through drug combination or by designing a single drug with multiple mechanisms of action (designed multiple ligand).
